Package 1 – Music Jockey with DJ Controller

  • 1 Laptop, 1 Digital Audio Controller and a Music Jockey): INR 15,000

Package 2 – Two-Way Setup (Small Dance Floor)

  • 2 Active Speakers (12-inch), 2 Subwoofers (15-inch), 1 Console Mixer, 1 Amplifier, 1 Loudspeaker Management System, 1 Cordless Mic, 1 Digital Audio Controller, and a Music Jockey: INR 25,000

Package 3 – Two-Way Dual Setup (Mid-size Dance-floor)

  • 2 Dual Passive Speakers (15-inch), 2 Dual Subwoofers (18-inch), 1 Console Mixer, 2 Amplifiers, 1 Loudspeaker Management System, 1 Cordless Mic, 1 Digital Audio Controller, and a Music Jockey: INR 35,000

Package 4 – Two-Way Dual x 2 Setup (Ideal for Band Setups)

  • 4 Dual Passive Speakers (15-inch), 4 Dual Subwoofers (18-inch), 1 Console Mixer, 4 Amplifiers, 1 Loudspeaker Management System, 1 Cordless Mic, 1 Digital Audio Controller, and a Music Jockey: INR 45,000

Package 5 – Line Array Speakers (Large Dancefloor)

  • Costing based on brand of speakers required for the event.

(All the above packages are rentals for 3 hours; please refer to point 11 below)

When a Tech Rider is provided by a band or an artist , the quotation will be given after reviewing the same.

(Power supply to run these setups must be arranged accordingly at the venue, if any issue regarding power, it will affect the audio output. If the power supply requirement (varies per package) is not met, the sound system will have to be switched off.)

  • Karaoke: INR 15,000 (Karaoke software and operator only for 3 hours; please refer to point 11 below). Singers to host your event can be arranged at a separate fee. Necessary cables for video output need to be arranged.
  • Additional Loudspeakers, Music Console or Stage Gear will be provided on request (extra charges applicable).
  • Additional Mics: Corded | Handheld | Collar Cordless | Head-worn | Podium | Drum Kit Microphones starts at INR 1,500 and above per microphone.
  • National and International (Only Music Jockey Or Karaoke Setup)

* Please read our additional notes below for further clarification and other requirements:

  1. Necessary licenses have to be procured by you for the event as per venue requirements. (ie. PPL, Novex, IPRS, RMPL, Police Permission, etc.).
  2. A single phase or 3 phase electric connection of (5 kVA minimum each phase) must be provided at the venue, with the junction box placed 10ft near the setup area, depending on above package chosen. A generator can be arranged accordingly, should the venue not provide the same. (Cost and license as per actuals). Should the required power supply not be met, the system will not be turned on.
  3. Outdoor venues have a 6 am to 10 pm strict deadline for sound as per law, in Mumbai, India. Kindly get in writing from the venue on their letterhead for special time extension.
  4. Kindly provide written permission or a digital message from the venue for timing of the sound setup & exit, with playing time of music too. Should a venue have any rules & regulations for us, kindly inform us in advance. Also, if the venue requires us to carry additional mandatory gear for working, additional charges would be applicable. In case, there is a work permit form required please send it to us in advance, as it will be duly filled and carried to the venue.
  5. Please inform the venue’s logistics team to provide two tables and necessary masking for the music equipment setup. Additionally, for outdoor venues, 2 standing fans and a protective roof structure needs to provided for the setup area.
  6. Food and non-alcoholic beverages would need be provided at the venue for our team of three (3). We would be grateful if the catering team could be informed in advance.
  7. Additional cost for location visits or consultancy for sound setup will be based on the distance of the venue from CSS workshop.
  8. Transport and Commissions to Venues are additional charges, if applicable.
  9. Charges of any Local Unions at the premises must be borne on the spot to continue services, or additional charges must paid in advance for the same. Kindly check with the venue about this situation in advance, as a charge of INR 15,000 is generally asked for the same. We are not responsible if we cannot enter the venue and if there is a delay in setup if these charges are not settled.
  10. Please give us phone numbers of the concerned person who we would be able to connect with, that is available 24/7 on the day of the event, to deal with local unions (if additional amount not given before) and also one phone number once of the venue person for setup coordination.
  11. The above rates are rentals for 1 shift (ie. 3 hours of gear use and performance time in a day). Additional INR 2500 per hour would be applicable based on extended time.
  12. A 50% advance payment (non-refundable, when blocking a date) is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid one week before the event. Please note that pricing for pre-bookings, made more than 6 months in advance, is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates and cost fluctuations at the time of the event. The updated pricing will be shared with you before the final event.
  13. Should there be any damage to the equipment due to misuse, dropping the mics, twisting handheld mic covers, standing on the speakers, dropping liquid on the speakers, lack of/poor proper power supply to run the equipment and so on, the appropriate charges for fixing these damages will be charged in the final invoice.
  14. Even after obtaining the required music licence, some venues may still be unclear about which music is covered under that licence. To avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly recommend that you confirm this with the venue management in advance and ensure the appropriate manager clearly communicates it to all relevant parties before the event day. We have previously experienced venue management interrupting events to stop the music due to uncertainty over the licence. Confirming this beforehand helps prevent unnecessary disruptions.
  15. Should you have hit-list that you would like played at the event, please let us know in advance so it can be played accordingly.
  16. 18% GST additional amount is applied on final invoice (27ALXPP8713H1ZC).
  17. The above charges are not applicable for Festive Season Days.
