  • 2 Active Speakers (12-inch), 2 Pole Mount Stands, 1 Console Mixer, 1 Cordless Mic, and Operator at INR 15,000.

3. Two-Way Setup (Single)

  • 2 Active Speakers (12-inch), 2 Subwoofers (15-inch), 1 Console Mixer, 1 Crown Amplifiers, 1 Dbx DriveRack, 1 Cordless Mic, and Operator at INR 20,000.

4. Two-Way Setup (Dual)

  • 2 Dual Passive Speakers (15-inch), 2 Dual Subwoofers (18-inch), 1 Console Mixer, 2 Crown Amplifiers, 1 Dbx DriveRack, 2 Cordless Mic, and Operator at INR 25,000

5. Bigger venue setup on request

*Please read our additional notes below for further clarification and other requirements:

  • D.J. Or Sound Engineer: INR 10,000 and above (cost as per artist or technician preference).
  • Additional Loudspeakers, D.J. Console, or Stage Gear will be provided on request (extra charges applicable).
  • Karaoke: INR 12,000 (Per genre. Only karaoke software.)
  • Mics: Corded | Handheld | Collar Cordless | Head-worn | Podium | Drum Kit at INR 1000 per microphone.
  • Lights: Led Par Cans, Laser, Follow Spot and Moving Heads are available. Starts at INR 500 and above per light.
  • We can assist with Projectors and Screens, Stage Designs, Dry Ice Machines, Cold Pyro, and Dance floors too.
  1. Please ensure necessary licenses are taken for your event as per venue requirements. (ie. PPL, Novex, Police Permission, etc.)
  2. A single or 3- phase electric connection must be provided at the venue, with the junction box placed 10ft near the setup area. A generator can be arranged accordingly, should the venue not provide the same. (Cost and license as per actuals).
  3. Outdoor venues have a 10 pm strict deadline for sound as per law. Kindly get in writing from the venue on their letterhead for special time extension.
  4. For indoor venues kindly provide written permission of timing for sound setup & exit, with playing time of music too. Should a venue have any rules & regulations for us, kindly inform in advance.
  5. Kindly inform the venue’s logistics team to provide two tables for the DJ equipment setup. For outdoor venues, a standing fan and a protective roof structure needs to provided for the setup area.
  6. Food and beverages to be provided at the venue for my team. Catering staff needs to be informed about the same.
  7. Additional cost for location visits or consultancy for sound setup will be based on the distance of the venue from CSS.
  8. All setups are ideal ‘dB levels for your dance floor.
  9. The above rates are as per one shift in a day, within Mumbai, India. Additional cost will be applicable based on extended time or venue location (to be discussed during booking).
  10. Transport and Commissions to Venues are additional charges, if applicable.
  11. Payment of 50% on booking and 50% one week before the event to be made.
  12. GST of 18% is applicable on the invoice.
  13. The above charges are not applicable for Festive Season Days.
