Please note: Travel (including city-to-city or international transfers, airfare, visa requirements and local transport), F&B (all meals during the stay), and single-occupancy accommodation are to be arranged by the coordinator, and discussed prior to finalising the event.
Kindly ensure the necessary license requirements are obtained for the day as per venue regulations in your city / country.
Also, a shed for shade and a fan to be provided accordingly for events held outside during the day.
