Please note: Travel (including city-to-city or international transfers, airfare, visa requirements, extra baggage allowance and local transport), F&B (all meals during the stay), and single-occupancy accommodation are to be arranged and cost borne by the coordinator of the event.
All details to be discussed prior to finalising arrangements.
Kindly ensure the necessary license requirements are obtained for the day as per venue regulations in your city / country.
Also, a shed for shade and a fan cooler to be provided accordingly for events held outside during the day.
For package setups; an estimate cost will be given for outside Mumbai city limits based on location.
18% GST additional applicable on final invoice.
